Barb, along with Matt, has owned Pridham Electronics since July of 1998. She has almost 30 years’ experience in the industry, spending most of that time in Madison. A part owner of the Green Bay Packers and a life-long fan, Barb also follows the Brewers and is on a mission to visit as many beaches as possible, with or without Jimmy Buffet playing in the background.
Operations
Brad is responsible, among other things, for programming DSP devices, smart wall plates, room combiners and essentially any smart device that needs to be programmed either in our shop or at the job site. A “visual” guy, Brad designs the majority of our CCTV systems and true to his visual nature is a professional photographer. In fact, Brad took all of the photos of our employees on this website as well as the photos of our customer’s systems posted on this website.
Dan’s been a technician with Pridham Electronics for almost thirty years. He is very, very good with 70 volt and 8 ohm sound systems and drive-thru among other things. Dan’s a hunter and fisherman and has been known to practice taxidermy on a variety of fish and other wildlife. He’s also a certified diesel mechanic and likes to build wood splitters, trailers and other things out of steel.
A Geek at heart and a wonderful systems designer, Dustin has been with us for over 10 years. Dustin has a knack of not only designing but also selling rather technically complex systems to technical buyers. He has many certifications but is most proud of his CTS-D certification from InfoComm. Dustin absolutely loves live sound, recording and mixing for many bands in southern Wisconsin in his own studio.
Jeff has been working for Pridham as a technician in our Illinois counties for almost 14 years. He is without a doubt a very good tech: smart, personable, dedicated to solving the problem or completing the installation quickly and efficiently…keeping the customer happy no matter what it takes. He’s a loyal Bears fan in a sea of Packer fans but we don’t hold that against him!
Matt has been our Ops Manager for over twenty years and does a most excellent job. He is also an ownership partner in Pridham Electronics. Hunting and fishing are his passion and when not pursuing them continues to restore the many acres of his land to prairie using only native plants and trees.
Michael is the youngest member of our technical staff. He has a fist-full of technical certifications and a great deal of audio experience earned thru his recent tenure at the Fluno Center. As the proud father of two beautiful girls, he enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.
Randy is a service and installation technician and has been with us for around seven years. He’s a Navy vet and occasionally is mistaken for a short Grizzly Adams with glasses. Randy carves the most amazing walking sticks, all of them unique, usually reflecting the personality of the recipient.
Tim has over 30 years’ experience as an installer and technician at our Eau Claire franchise. As you can imagine, he knows most of those customers on a first name basis. He’s got very strong geek tendencies and is also an excellent system designer. Plus Tim is a pretty fair customer service professional and an excellent salesperson. He’s all Cheddar, following the Badgers and the Packers whenever he’s not hunting or fishing.
Administrations
Craig is our Financial Services Rep, working with past due customers to create acceptable payment plans and maintain contact. And when you call us, he just might be the one who answers the phone! Craig is an avid fisherman, willing to fish in all types of weather and any time of the day or night. He retired as a detective with the Dane County Sheriff’s Office after nearly 30 years in law enforcement.
For more than ten years, Lori has been our Admin manager, and a good one. She’s strong in all aspects of accounting and payroll and has a wonderful sense of humor, always ready for a good laugh. Once the ice breaks Lori and her husband hit the Madison Area Lakes with their pontoon and four legged “kids”. She’s a lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan but we don’t hold that against her!
We’ve had Samantha for almost 5 years as our administrative assistant and she’s a good one, too. She helps answer our customer’s questions on invoices and statements when she’s not out in the cold snowmobiling with her family. She is a life-long and very passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, Milwaukee Brewer’s fan and a big Badger fan, too. Sam and her family live in a one hundred year old farmhouse in the most beautiful Wisconsin valley you have seen in a long time, complete with barn and silo.
Sales and Marketing
After almost 6 years on the job, and nearly 30 years in sales, Lisa takes care of many of our largest customers in the Wausau and Madison areas. She is very active in local Chambers of Commerce and makes time spent with her family and beloved Springer Spaniel, Duffy, a priority. Lisa loves to spend time playing the guitar and oil painting in her free time.
