Shop Local! We are a local company. Our technical staff is dedicated to responding to service calls within 24 hours with weekend and holiday service available 52 weeks a year! It is the policy of MOOD Wisconsin | Pridham Electronics to never leave you, the customer, down. We even provide no charge loaner equipment until your, customer-owned, equipment is repaired and working great!
Additionally, we realize that the music you play in your business is an extension of you and the image you want to convey to your customers. Our goal is to ensure that you you will be more than satisfied with the service we provide. And, because of that, we guarantee if you find that our products or service does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days of installation, we will remove the equipment and you will pay nothing.
